Start to blossom the flowers and chop them nicely. Chop walnuts. Rinse the feld salad. The vinegar and oil are whipped together and seasoned with salt and pepper. Walnuts and flower meat are stirred in. Turn the feld salad in. Sprinkle the goats together, brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Grill them in the oven until they are golden 5-6 minutes.
