The potatoes are peeled and cut into medium-sized cubes. They are cooked for approx. 10 min. Drain the water and let them evaporate. The meat was kneaded with salt and pepper. The meat is placed at the bottom of a greased refractory dish. The potatoes are distributed over. Margarine and pepperod are stirred together and distributed over the potatoes. Cook in the oven 225 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
