To prepare the Fast buns, 50 pcs. (= 2 bake plates) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water, buttermilk, yeast and honey are mixed together. Then add salt, oil, flour and kernels and mix thoroughly with a whipped cream or a strong pot of boiled potatoes. Set for raising in a tight spot for approx. 30-45 min or 4-10 hours in refrigerator. With a spoon that is frequently dipped in water, approx. 50 fry dumplings buns put on a piece of baking paper on a baking sheet. Raises while the oven is heated to 210 oC, then baked for approx. 20 min
Taste really well as freshly baked, but is not exciting the next day. Suitable as a supplement to the breakfast or with carrots, celery, cheese bricks or raisins.
