Ingredients for Fadkoteletter in mushroom-løgsauce

250 | g | Mushroom |
250 | g | Shallot or small yellow onions |
4 | Fadkoteletter, 1 – 1 ½ cm thick (400 g) | |
4 | dl | Vegetable or tomato juice |
Instructions for Fadkoteletter in mushroom-løgsauce
To prepare the Fadkoteletter in mushroom-løgsauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
DUP koteletterne dry with paper towels and season them with pepper. Brown them on the forehead, approximately 1 minute on each side. Pull them off and put them on a plate.
Mushroom-løgsauce: Arrow the onions and cut them in half or quarters depending on the size. Sauté them in a pan. Add the juice and let the onions simmer, covered, for about 5 min.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Got them on the forehead with paprika and chili sauce. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, covered.
Put koteletterne into the sauce and let them simmer for 2 min. on each side.
Sprinkle with minced parsley right.
Tips:
Instead of a lid, can be complied with foil over the pan.
