100gDark couverture buttons
100gMelted butter
2Eggs
2tspBaking soda
2.5dlCoffee cream
200gWheat flour
3tbspEspresso powder
3tbspBoiling water

Instructions for Espresso Cake

To prepare the Espresso Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix espresso powder and boiling water together and pour into a bowl.
Add the coffee cream, egg, melted butter, baking soda, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir well.
Add chocolate buttons and gently turn them into the dough.

Grease a small mold and pour the dough in.
Bake at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 45 minutes.
