The baking potatoes are peeled and torn on the rough side of the raw iron. The water is squeezed from the cracked potatoes and mixed with carrot and spring onion. The mass is roasted on a teflon pan in oil by medium until it turns golden brown, approx. 8-10 min on each side.
The steaks are seasoned and roasted approx. 6-8 min on each side.
Serve with bearnaise sauce.
