Ingredients for Emma Pie

Instructions for Emma Pie
To prepare the Emma Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tear the marcipan roughly on a grater. Put it in a bowl and add the eggs. Mix it well and let it stand a few mins. Add sugar and stir again, but only so much that it becomes a smooth dough. Butter a spring shape, about 22 cm in diameter, and sprinkle it with rasp at the bottom and on the edge. Pour the dough into the mold and bag it at 175 degrees on the bottom groove for about 35 minutes or until it has got color. It may be a little tight in the middle. Let it get cold. Take the edge of the mold and put the cake on a dish covered with breadcrumbs cut into four strips. Rinse the strawberries and top and dry them. Rinse the grapes and divide them and remove the kernels. Let the mandarins drip into a sieve. Decorate the pie with fruit. Put the husk powder in 1 tablespoon of water in a saucepan. Leave it 5 min. Add the juice and the rest of the water and warm it up to about 50 degrees, so the house blossom melts. Put the mixture cold, for example. On a plate in the refrigerator, for 10-15 minutes, until it is dripping. Dip the gel over the fruit to cover it completely. Put the pie cold and drip further 1-2 times. Leave it cold for serving and pull the paper strips away just before.
