Instructions for Elderflower tart
To prepare the Elderflower tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar white and airy, about 5 min. Add flour and baking powder to the dough without lumps.
Place baking paper in a frying pan 25 * 30 cm, pour the dough and spread it out. Bake at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven on the bottom groove for about 5 minutes until it has been dug and has a little color. Feel your fingertips if the cake is dry in the middle. Take it out and let it cool on a baker.
Pull the paper and put the cake on a dish.
Whip egg yolks and sugar to the filling airy. Add shelf flour juice.
Place in a cold water for at least 5 minutes. Whip the cream stiff. Hug the house sheet well, place it in a bowl and melt it in a microwave for about 10 seconds.
Pour the house blister into the egg yolk and stir well. Add whipped cream. Stir slowly and let the mass stand for a while until it begins to get stuck. Wide the mass on the cake bottom in a smooth layer. Leave the cake cold for at least 4 hours.
Decorate with walnut kernels and lemon balm.
