Instructions for Egg a la Egtved
To prepare the Egg a la Egtved recipe, please follow these instructions:
Step bacon on the forehead, preferably by low / medium heat for a long time and put the bacon to a drip on a piece of paper roll.
1 clove of white cuts is cut into thin slices and browned in bacon grease. When brown, add spinach leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spinach leaves for 2-3 minutes until there is a little moisture (as a result of a spoonful).
Spinach is divided into 4 servings to be put on half a slice of rye bread.
Stir the 4 eggs as a speck egg and shortly before they are finished.
Put the finished mirror eggs on top of spinach and bacon on top of the mirror.
Spice the finished "madder" with a little pepper.
tips:
Served with cafe latte el. like. The court falls under the KISS diet (high protein, low sugar and starch). It's a healthy version of Eggs Benedict.
