Instructions for Easy Tebirkes
To prepare the Easy Tebirkes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the cold milk. After which the other ingredients are added. The dough is then rolled out for a piece of approx. 20 x 65 cm. The surface is brushed with eggs.
The outer thirds fold over each other so that the dough is in three layers. The combined dough is turned with the bottom in the weather, brushed with egg, sprinkled with birch and cut into 16 equal pieces, placed on a plate, covered and raised to double in a loose place.
