Instructions for Easy Muffins (airy)
To prepare the Easy Muffins (airy) recipe, please follow these instructions:
the yeast dissolved in salt and water. Then comes the other thing in and it all stirred together, and kneaded well together. Raised approximately 20-30 minutes in a warm place.
The dough is beaten down and grow old well again. Portion dough into 2 part. They then partly in approx. 8 pieces that are shaped and placed on the baking plate. There will be two full plates.
After the enforced 10 min. brush with milk/egg and bake at 225 degrees approximately 10-15 my.
