Ingredients for Easy Leek-ham quiche
Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + | ||

1 | bag | Corn flour tærtedej |
1 | tsp | Nutmeg |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1.25 | dl | Water |
150 | g | Ham strips, cooked |
2 | Leek | |
2 | Tomatoes | |
200 | Cheasy cream 9% | |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Easy Leek-ham quiche
To prepare the Easy Leek-ham quiche recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pie dough is made in accordance with the instructions on the package and placed in a tærtefad 24 cm. in diameter.
Leeks chop finely and boil for about 3 minutes (microwave approximately 4-5 minutes at full strength)
Leeks and ham are added on top of the tart dough.
Filling: Eggs, cremefraice and spices, beat well and pour over pie dough.
Bake in preheated oven (200 degrees c. alm. oven) for 20 min.
The tart is taken out of the oven and the tomatoes cut into slices are added on.
Finally allocated the desired amount of cheese over pie, made back in the oven for 15-20 min (for cheese is golden)
Tips:
The filling can be varied endlessly. I've also had created it with fried chicken breast instead of ham. It tastes wonderful.
