Instructions for Easy hvidkålsret
To prepare the Easy hvidkålsret recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is mixed in a bowl with a little salt, pepper, barbecue seasoning, paprika and a little sunflower oil. Allow to stand in the bowl.
White cabbage cut into strips, carrots peeled and cut into thick slices, potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes. You mix all vegetables with fatty garlic provencale spice, thyme, Rosemary, salt and pepper. It all blended well together in a baking pan
You put the vegetable mix in a 200 degrees c. alm. oven until vegetables are tender approximately ½ hour (we shall touch around sometimes as white cabbage easily will be black).
Then mix to meat in the vegetables and Bake until meat is tender.
Tips:
Beware of using too much oil, therefore tubes often around the Court so it does not become black. You can use chicken instead of pork
