1.5 | dl | Whipping cream (with whipped cream) |
125 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |

Instructions for Easy and good hot chocolate roulade
To prepare the Easy and good hot chocolate roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
-Beat the egg whites until stiff.
-Invert sugar and egg yolks in.
-Term vaniliesukker, potato flour, baking soda and cocoa.
Divide the batter into a deep baking tray or roasting pan, lined with baking paper.
-Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes, it should feel spongy when marks on it, and do not feel dry.
-When the dough is baked, take a piece of wax paper and sprinkles with a little sugar.
-Turn the rouladen out on the sugar-coated baking paper.
It cools rather quickly, then within 5 minutes, you can smear the cream skimmed off at the-roll it together to form a roulade, by ar drop-down on the long part. Tracing paper is of great help here when you have to roll it together (it will be relatively large/tall).
Rouladen can be eaten immediately or place in the fridge and stored for later (I recommend max a day in the fridge)

Rouladen is really good with fresh raspberries or a raspberry sorbet. take the EVS and came some mashed raspberries into the cream skimmed/filling. rouladen can "occupied" with the term marcipanlÄg or flourmelis, a thin zigzag with a little frosting.
