To prepare the Duck with rhubarb compote and spinach meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
RIDs the duck breasts in fat and fry them in the Pan (or in the oven) with salt and pepper to taste in a little oil to the wished consistency 15-25 Rhubarb Compote: cut rhubarb min. into slices and pour them in a pan with ½ Cup cane sugar and ½ Cup Apple jelly. Simmer while the other food is made. Like to add the vanilla sugar.
Mix the ingredients for the meatballs and spinach ½ TSP oil brush on a teflon frying pan and fry the spinach dough as 6 small pancakes in ca. 4 min on each side on a low heat.
