5 | dl | Wheat flour |
60 | g | Dark cocoa powder |
Instructions for Double chocolate cake
To prepare the Double chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. The oven preheated to 150 degrees. Two Round Cake molds (20 cm) brushed with melted butter or oil.
Put wax paper in the bottom of the mould.
2. melt the Butter in a saucepan. Add the chocolate, sugar and hot water and whisk it smooth. Allow to cool a bit and pour into a large bowl.
3. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Whipped to the dough is smooth and without lumps; then, beat in the eggs. Pour batter in the molds and behind them in 45 min, or until they are fixed. Allow to cool in molds. Add the two cakes together with chocolate butter cream. Sprinkled with sifted cocoa and icing sugar.
(can be stored in a tightly sealed Tin for up to 1 week).
