The tonsils chop/blend. The result must be as coarse flour. 4 egg yolks and whole egg, whisked whites with sugar. Butter and chocolate melt together. Allow to cool slightly and mix in egg mixture. Almonds mixed in. Currant syltetøjet reversed in. Whites whipped stiff and reversed in the dough. The cake baked in a greased springform in 50 minutes at 150 g.
The cake is eaten with blackcurrant sauce: Sugar and creme de cassis are cooked together. Egg yolks whipped with sugar brine. Continue to whip until it is cold. Then mix it with the crme fraichen/cream foam.
