1.5 | dl | Oatmeal |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Cooked quinoa |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Wholemeal spelt flour |
40 | g | Yeast |
400-500 | g | Fine spelt flour |
5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Delicious quick buns
To prepare the Delicious quick buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water, add salt, oil, quinoel and possibly nuts and dried fruit.
The dough must have consistency like a thick oatmeal.
Let the dough rise for 15 minutes. Then put the balls with a spoonful, "help" the dough of the spoon with a scraper, deeply possible. Spoon into water between each bowl, leaving the dough easier to spoon.
Place the plate in a cold oven set at 200 degrees, bake for about 18 minutes.
tips:
