2 | Egg white | |
2 | slices | French bread without crust |

250 | g | Cooked smoked ham |

50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Decorated sirloin II
To prepare the Decorated sirloin II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle tenderloin and season with salt / pepper and sprinkle them in half of the butter (brown on all sides).
Chop onion and champion well and chop them in the rest of the butter. Bring ham and tomato paste into the pan and let it spin for about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Crumble the bread and stir it in the filling with the egg yolks (store the egg whites for brushing) and let it cool off.
Roll out the dough (40 times 45 cm).
Spread half of the filling on the middle of the dough, put the breadcrumbs on top and cover them with the rest of the filling. Brush the dough edge with a little water and fold them up around the dark browns.
Put the roll with the joint down on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush with egg white. Bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
