125 | g | Dates without stone |
2–3 | tsp | Salt |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
3 | tbsp | Water |
5 | dl | Warm milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Coarsely chopped hazelnuts |
800 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Date muffins with nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dates may not recognize. run through a blender, and the same with the nuts. Dissolve yeast in water and mix in the warm milk. Add the oil, salt, honey, dates and nuts. Make sure that the nuts and dates not lumps too much together. Add the flour – a little at a time. Knead the dough thoroughly. Let dough raise covered in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Take the dough out on a flour sprinkled table, and form to the buns. Put the buns on baking sheet with wax paper. Let the dough balls after raising uncovered for about 20 minutes. Brush the buns with the beaten egg. Buns bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees in the Middle – 15 – 20 minutes
