Ingredients for Cylottesteg with potato pie

Watercress
Freshly ground pepper
Sea salt
1tbspApple cider vinegar
1Eggs
1tbspAcacia honey or maple syrup
1tspOlive oil
1Squash
1Yellow onions
100gGrated low-fat cheese
1000gPig culottesteg
1-2Parsley root
4Potatoes

Instructions for Cylottesteg with potato pie

To prepare the Cylottesteg with potato pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Oily by scratches and roast seasoned with salt and pepper to taste and can optionally brushed with mustard, oil, acacia honey or maple syrup.

Then put into a 225 degrees c. alm. oven for about 15 minutes. The temperature must be screwed down at 180 degrees c. alm. oven after 15 min. Then fry further for a further approximately 1 ½ hour.

Let it draw for 15 minutes under the dress on the kitchen counter before serving.

Culotten wells, if desired. with 1-2 dl. water during cooking if it gets dark in the bottom of the dish.

The potatoes rives and twisted in a tea towel. Mixed with finely chopped onion, egg, cheese and fried on a good pan on both sides or in the oven. Must have approx. 20 minutes total on the forehead or 25 minutes at 190 degrees c. alm. oven.

Parsley root and squash are cleaned and cut into sticks and FRY on pan in honey and vinegar, and baste if necessary. with good oil by serving.
