Instructions for Cucumber salad with yoghurt
To prepare the Cucumber salad with yoghurt recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the yogurt into a coffee filter and let it dry for approx. 1½ hours. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Put the cucumber slices in a bowl and mix with salt. Let them pull for approx. 30 min. Stir the dripped yogurt with cream fraiche and garlic. Rinse the cucumber discs several times in cold water. Twist them easily in a cloth and turn them into the yogurt dressing. Taste the salad with pepper and style it cold before serving. Serve the salad for fries or fried lamb.
