Instructions for Creoler Jambalaya

To prepare the Creoler Jambalaya recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chopped onions and garlic lightly golden in oil and butter. Long rice switches for a moment (do not turn brown). Seasonings and other ingredients are added, except meat, sausages and prawns, and the dish spreads under the lid for approx. 20 minutes.

Ham, chicken and sausages are cut into large cubes and slices and put into the pan with the prawns. The court spins softly for 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
