Ingredients for Creamy noodles
Balsamic vinegar | ||

125 | g | Noodles (equivalent to ½ package dried) |
2 | dl | Milk |
400 | g | Mixed vegetables, such as a wokblanding, or mixed fresh vegetables |
400-500 | g | Chicken, Turkey or pork |
Instructions for Creamy noodles
To prepare the Creamy noodles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start marinating the meat in soy, ketchup, balsamic and ketchup. This should preferably last for a minimum of 15 minutes, but it may last a couple of hours. The easiest thing is to use a freezer bag and mix it all in. There is no amount, as I usually put a little in, but hold on again with balsamic vinegar.
When the meat has marinated, it is poured into a little oil, do not use as much as it partly fry in the marinade.
When the meat is fried, it is taken off the wok / pan and the noodles are set over. Boil them as described on the package.
While the noodles boil, the vegetables are roasted in the same pan as the meat. Depending on whether you use frozen or fresh vegetables, they should have 3-7 minutes.
When the vegetables have finished, add the meat.
Mix this and add a little extra soy and balsamic.
Leave this fry for about 1 min and add the milk.
After the water is poured from the noodles, add the meat and vegetable mixture.
Let it all boil 1-2 minutes, add if necessary. Some extra balsamic or soy and more milk.
tips:
If you like balsamic vinegar, of course, is a taste, but I have to admit that I think it is very good in this dish ..
