Instructions for Creamy and delicious jam soup
To prepare the Creamy and delicious jam soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces. Bring them to a large pot under high heat and sprinkle some salt over them. Chop and add onion.
2. The salt will extract water from the mushrooms. When this water is evaporated add 3 dl of water from the tap.
3. Peel and chop earthquakes and carrots into small pieces and place them in the pan. Add also salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Stir well and turn to low heat when the dish boils again. Lay the lid on and let it simmer approx. 10-15 minutes.
4. Clean the pores. Cut it halfway through and cut thin slices. Put them on a good forehead with a little salt and possibly. Little oil until they are tender.
5. Pour the ingredients into a blender and give it high intensity for a couple of minutes. In the meantime, the pan is rinsed.
6. Pour the soup back into the pan when it is even and add the milk and water as desired. Bring the soup back under low heat and constant stirring.
7. Taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. It may be a bit strong. Shortly before serving, the porridge is added. Do not let it boil for long afterwards, as the pork is completely boiled.
8. Server, if any. With toast and decoration with fresh chives.
