150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Water |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
20 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Cream Waffles
To prepare the Cream Waffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and cold water are whipped together. The cream is whipped almost stiff and turned in with melted margarine and sugar.
The waffle iron is warmed up well. A little fat is added to the first team of waffles.
The dough is poured on, but do not cover the iron as it flows out when the iron closes.
The waffles are baked approx. 3 min, on each side.
Served freshly baked sprinkled with sugar or possibly. jam.
