Ingredients for Cream Caramel

(and possibly a little grated lemon peel in cream and whip there after it to foam)
a littleWhipped cream
Cinnamon
optionalA little grated lemon peel
1l(sweet) milk
1Vanilla rod
10tbspSugar
8Eggs

Instructions for Cream Caramel

To prepare the Cream Caramel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg and milk together.
Add 6 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon peel.
Taste with a little more sugar if you think.

Gently melt the rest of the sugar without burning it on. Distribute the melted sugar into 8-12 small refractory bowls or cups. Turn the dishes or cups to the melted sugar covering the bottom.

Gently pour the egg-milk mixture into. Place the dishes in a frying pan of 2-3 cm. Water in. Bag 30-40 minutes at 125-150 gr. C in a preheated oven.

Cool. Gently loosen the cream and turn on a dessert plate. Server with a little cold whipped cream (with lemon) on top.
