Instructions for Cream-apple pie
To prepare the Cream-apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The apples are rinsed, peeled and halved. Flower, stem and core house are removed. The apples are boiled in water with sugar and cooled. Ribs gelé is filled in the cavity where the core house has been sitting. The apples are laid in a refractory, greased freezer with the curved side up. The cream is boiled. Eggs, sugar and cream powder are stirred together. The boiling cream is dripped in. The cream is poured back into the pan and given a boil. The pinch egg whites are gently rotated in. The cream is poured over the apples.
Cooking time: 1/2 hour by 175 gr. It is served hot with whipped cream, flavored with vanilla.
