To prepare the Coupe Martinique recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the bananas into thick slices dripped with lemon juice. Put small balls of vanilla and chocolate ice cream in porselein and enjoy the banana and cherries over. Whip the cream to the chocolate sauce. Melt the chocolate over a water bath and stir in the whipped cream poured over ice and fruit. Whip the remaining cream used for decoration.
