To prepare the Cordon became original (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is knocked out to approx. 1 cm. thickness. Lubricate on one side with mustard. On half of the meat slices lay a slice of cheese and a slice of ham that barely reaches the edges. These are lubricated with egg white before the meat is folded together and attached with toothpicks or chicken sticks. Turn in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Then they are squashed in egg and rasp.
The butter is on the forehead, when golden, the meat is added and it is 3-4 min. on every side. The meatballs are removed and the meat is placed on a dish, poured with roast butter, garnished with lemon boats and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Served with sauteed haricort host and potatoes sautéed in butter and peppers.
