Instructions for Cookies with lots of filling
To prepare the Cookies with lots of filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the butter and sugar creamy and whipped cream, egg and vanilla sugar. Sigy flour with baking soda and stir in the dough with salt. Stir fruit, nuts and chocolate in the dough.
Divide the dough into two pieces and form them into thick sausages. Pack them in and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Bake: heat the oven up to 180 degrees hot air. Cut the dough into 2 cm thick slices and place them with plenty of space on baking sheets with baking paper.
Bake the cakes 12-15 min. Let them cool on the plates 5 minutes before moving to a grid. Put the chilled cakes in a cake box.
tips:
The dough can be frozen raw, and it is easy to cook cookies: Remove the dough and let it thaw. It takes 1 hour. Cut the dough into slices and behind the cakes.
