1 | tsp | Sugar |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Grahams |
15 | g | Yeast |
3.5 | dl | Cold water |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Cold-fried graham buns
To prepare the Cold-fried graham buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl of approx. 50 g flour. Stir the dough vigorously with a stirrer, add flour until the dough is uniform and hanging together in a large, soft lump. The dough must not be kneaded with your hands. Cover the bowl with a film and put it in the fridge for the next day.
Next day :
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Put baking paper on a plate.
Form 12-14 buns with 2 tablespoons, by doughing up similarly to a bowl and pushing the dough down with the other spoon. Brush the balls with milk and bag them for approx. 15-20 minutes until they are golden.
Put the freshly baked buns to cool on a grate
