To prepare the Cola chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chicken is cut into eight pieces and brune in a frying pan. When the skin is golden add the coke light so the chicken is covered. Chili and garlic chopped well and put into the pan.
It's all going to boil until the meat starts to fall off the legs. The chicken pieces are picked up and the sauce is leveled.
Serve with rice or pasta.
It is important to use cola light as the sugar in the common coke will burn on heating. Despite the large amounts of chilli and garlic, the dish is not particularly strong.
