To prepare the Coffee cake a la Missy recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Whip butter and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Add baking soda and vanilla sugar.
Pour the coffee in.
Add flour.
Grease a small cake mold and pour the dough in.
Bake at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 45 minutes.
When the cake is cooled, make the icing of milk and flour and butter it on the cake. The sweet icing is a good contrast to the coffee flavor in the cake.
