Ingredients for Cod with coconut and Curry
The juice of 2 lemons | ||
1 | Chili | |
1 | dl | Peanut oil (or pilfer oil) |
1 | bundle | Coriander (may be omitted) |
1-1.5 | tbsp | Curry |
2 | Large onion | |
2 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
4 | Tomatoes or 1 ds chopped | |
4-5 | clove | Garlic |
5 | dl | Coke milk |
500 | g | Cod-like dorsal part |
75 | g | Grated ginger |
Instructions for Cod with coconut and Curry
To prepare the Cod with coconut and Curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the fish into pieces of approximately 5 x 5 cm. Chop the onions and tomatoes.
Slice the chilli and Ginger finely
Crush garlic
Saute onion, ginger, garlic and chili in oil
Add the curry powder and tomato paste, Saute slightly.
Add lemon juice and tomato and cook it in.
