To prepare the Cod fillet with sour / sweet accessories recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish is cut in large cubes. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (apple cider vinegar can also be used) and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice (from the casserole, but if using fresh pineapple, it is good to use only water - flavor enough in the fresh fruit) with sambal oelek. Here the fish is marinated in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Take the fish out of the marinade, pour the potato flour over and turn the fish into the eggshell egg. Stir the fish pieces crispy in a wok or on forehead for approx. 3 min (requires a lot of fat). Take the fish up and put it on a little kitchen roll so that excess fat is sucked away.
Season the chopped peppers in the wok or on the forehead together with shredded leeks. Add ketchup, tomato juice, and the remaining vinegar and soy sauce. Boil and taste with sugar, salt, soy, vinegar and pineapple juice / water. Lay the fish pieces and the ananaster in the sauce.
Serve with rice.
