To prepare the Cod File / Pengasiusfiler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the rice
Place the files in an ovenproof dish with lemon juice and crisp pepper and salt.
In the oven at 190 gr. For approx. 20 min.
Divide the peppers into small tern and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the boiled rice and spinach for another 2 minutes.
Shake the curry in a little of the solid coconut milk at the top of the can.
Then add the rest of the coconut milk and the broth and let the sauce simmer a little.
Add with lemon juice, pepper and salt
