Raspberry or apricot jam
1tspVanilla sugar
100gSugar
150gDesiccated coconut
150gButter
2Eggs
2Egg yolks
25gSoft butter
250gWheat flour

Instructions for Coconut pulp

To prepare the Coconut pulp recipe, please follow these instructions:

150 g butter crumble in 250 g flour. Add 60 g sugar and 2 egg yolks and knead the dough together fast. Put the cold 1 hour.

Roll the dough out and place it in a roasting pan ca. 25x35 cm. Butter a thin layer of raspberry or apricot jam out of the dough.

Mix 25 g of soft butter with 100 g sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 150 g desiccated coconut and 2 eggs. Stir the mixture together and wide it out over dough and jam.

Behind the cake 16-18 minutes at 200 degrees c.

Cut the cake into slices of about 5x5cm.
