150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
200 | g | Margarine |
2-3 | Apples or fixed light bulbs | |
300 | g | Granulated sugar |
3-4 | Egg medium/large | |
50 | g | Desiccated coconut |
Instructions for Coconut cake with fruit in cinnamon
To prepare the Coconut cake with fruit in cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the fruit and cut it into cubes.
Turn on the oven on 175 gr.
Melt the margarine over the heat and cool off.
Stir eggs and flour together.
Add flour, baking soda and coconut flour with stirring.
Add the margarine in a thin jet with stirring.
Pour the dough into a greased spring form.
Turn the fruit into the cinnamon and sprinkle them over the dough. Push them down so they can still be seen over the dough.
Bag in the middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes at 175 gr. Do not use hot air.
tips:
The cake can also be baked without fruit, but it is absolutely best with. If you want them "brown", add 2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa to the dough. We also split the dough sometimes and made half brown.
