To prepare the Circular pastry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the warm water and add salt, oil and flour, knead the dough until it is smooth. Form it into a bowl and roll out to a round plate of approx. 35 cm in diameter (thickness like a pizza). Bake bread approx. 12 min at 200 degrees. Cool on a grate.
