Instructions for Cinnamon wreath
To prepare the Cinnamon wreath recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the grease into a saucepan. Add the milk and allow it to warm to 37 degrees. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and disperse it with some of the liquid. Add the rest of the liquid together with egg whites, sugar and salt. Add the flour a little at a time. Eat the dough until it drops the bowl. Let it rise closed around 30 min.
Spread the dough on a floured table. Roll it out to a plate, about 55 * 30 cm. Stir fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon together. Grease it over the dough plate. Roll it to the long end, put it on a greased sheet and shape it into a wreath. Make a sharp knife cut into the wreath at about 3 cm intervals. Let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Brush with coiled egg and behind the crown at the bottom of a 200 degree hot oven for about 20 minutes.
Let the crown cool off on a grid. Decorate with icing or sieve possibly. Mousse over it, cut into appropriate pieces and server.
