Ingredients for Cinnamon Pretzel

1.5 | tsp | Cinnamon, ground |
150 | g | Butter |
2 | dl | Milk |
200 | g | Brown sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Cinnamon Pretzel
To prepare the Cinnamon Pretzel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter is melted in flour, sugar and salt are mixed in.
The milk lunes and the yeast is thrown into it. Then pour the milk mixture and egg into the bowl and knead it well.
The dough is raised for approx. 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out to approx. 1 m long sausage, printed in 15 cm wide.
Then the filling is lubricated and both are bent over the filling.
The dough is raised again for approx. 30 minutes.
Lubricate with eggs and possibly. pearl sugar. Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
