Ingredients for Cinnamon horn
Cinnamon to taste | ||
a little | Salt | |
0.5 | dl | Water |
1 | dl | Milk |
1 | Large eggs | |
150 | g | Margarine/butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour-sifted spelt flour can be used |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Magarine/butter |
Instructions for Cinnamon horn
To prepare the Cinnamon horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast in a bowl and break into pieces
Milk and water lunes, poured over the yeast that rørers to the yeast is dissolved.
Eggs and sugar, salt added with melted butter/magarine (cooled).
Add flour until you have a proper dough that slips, it must not become too dry.
The dough is divided into two equal parts.
