Ingredients for Cinnamon cake 08
1 | l | Junket |
1.5 | tsp | Cocoa |
100 | g | Melted margarine |
2 | tsp | Vaniliesukker |
4 | tbsp | Ready made cold coffee ell. water |
4 | dl | Flourmelis |
5 | tsp | Cinnamon |
5 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
725 | g | Sugar |
760 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Cinnamon cake 08
To prepare the Cinnamon cake 08 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Junket and sugar whisked. Then mix the flour, bicarbonate of soda (baking soda can be used) and cinnamon and sifted afterwards during whipping. Melted margarine whipped in at the end.
Bake in large roasting pan (about 40 x 40 cm) in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 40 min. check out like with a knitting needle of wood in the middle of the cake. When the dough is not stuck at is the finished:-)
Let the cake stand a little and cool a bit. Then the hot butter glaze on and it's finished. MUMS!
Tips:
It can be easily frozen and genopvarmes. And there it still tastes good:-) It can also easily keep a week wrapped up and still taste good and be spongy:-)
