Instructions for Cinnamon buns I
To prepare the Cinnamon buns I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the grease into a saucepan. Add the milk and warm it until it is hand warm.
Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Pour the milk mixture over the yeast and stir until the yeast is melted.
Add sugar, salt and 4½ dl. Of wheat flour. Work the dough smoothly and add more flour until the dough releases the bowl.
The dough is set for double size suspension under a cloth, approx. 10 minutes. Set the oven to 250 degrees. Place the paper molds (muffin mold) on a baking sheet.
Put the dough on a floured table and work it smooth and smooth. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each part into an elongate plate. Stir the filling together and place half of the filling on each part.
Roll the dough together into two rolls and cut each roll into 10 equal parts and put them in the paper shapes. Let the balls rise to double size.
