To prepare the Ciabatta bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the lukewarm water and the other ingredients are added. The whole is kneaded for 4-6 minutes until the dough is smooth and smooth. The dough must not be too firm. It feels soft at first, but stiffens during kneading and bedtime. The dough is shaped into a ball, covered and rested for 1 hour.
The dough is divided into 2 parts. Durum flour is sprinkled onto the table and the dough rolled out to 2 sausages placed on a baking sheet. The breads adhere to the cover to double size, approx. 40-50 min.
Cabbage bread must rise at ordinary room temperature and not sticky like other yeast bread.

SCREEN STRONG DOWN TO 220 GRADES (FLOOR FLOOR 200 GRADES)
Bake bread 30-35 min. (The last 10 min with open valve or the lid on the hug to get a crisp crust).
