100 | g | Raisins |
100 | g | Butter or margarine |
100 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Chopped almonds |
2 | tsp | Ground cinnamon |
2 | tbsp | Tesukker |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
60 | g | Chopped sukat |
Instructions for Christmas cake with stuffing
To prepare the Christmas cake with stuffing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Add sugar, eggs, fat and wheat flour and knead the dough together with a light hand, Let dough raise under a cloth approximately 30 min. stir in fat and sugar for the filling, and add the cinnamon. Knead the dough and roll it out to two square plates on a floured. Butter it touched fill on and sprinkle with raisins and sukat. Fold the ends in to keep on filling during baking. Fold each sheet in 3 layers together on the long part. Put the bars on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and let them raise to double size, approx. 30 min. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar and almonds. Bake in oven about 25 minutes at 200 Degrees.
