Instructions for Chops with flavor
To prepare the Chops with flavor recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the chops with mustard, turn into flour with spices and brown in some of the butter and place them in an ovenproof dish. A thin lemon slice is added to each and every 0.5 tbsp. Tomato paste on each lemon slice. Gone sprinkled over.
The potatoes are peeled, cut into thick slices and brune in the rest of the butter. Salt and pepper sprinkle over and they are put in the dish next to the cutlets.
Boil the pan with a little water and pour over the potatoes. The dish is covered with foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 1 hour.
