Ingredients for Chops with chilis

1/2Small chili pepper
1/2tbspOil
1/4tspPepper
10gButter
2tspCurry
3dlPlain yogurt/cream 9%
4Chops
4dlSolve rice
6dlWater with bouillon

Instructions for Chops with chilis

To prepare the Chops with chilis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chiliris:
Chop the chilli pepper and chop it in fat with curry in a saucepan. Add rice and shake the mixture easily. Pour water and broth, and dampen the heat and put on the lid. Boil the rice for approx. 20 minutes.

Dill Sauce:
Rinse the dill and chop it fine. Mix in the yogurt / sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

Pork chops:
Sprinkle the chops with pepper. Brown them approx. Half a minute on each side at good warmth. Moisten the heat and complete them at low to even heat approx. 4 minutes on each side.

Accessories:
Eg. Salad of cut Iceberg Salad (Or Chinese cabbage) and thin cucumber slices.
