Instructions for Chops in mushroom sauce
To prepare the Chops in mushroom sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chops are rubbed with garlic and turned into spicy flour. Stir on the pan with butter and put on a dish and keep warm.
Mushrooms are cleansed and cut into slices and welded on the forehead. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add whipped cream and boil the sauce iron while stirring. Taste if With port wine / sherry.
The sauce is poured around the chops and sliced with chopped parsley.
Served with white potatoes and green salad.
